Flame Wreath Raid Rules

1. Don't be a dick.
We're all friends and we're here to have fun. We enjoy banter, and we have a lively Discord - but there is a line.
- If a team mate asks you to stop something, respect their request.

2. Be prepared.
We only raid two and a half hours a week.
- Know the fight strategies before we begin. I'll compile the resources in advance.
- Have the correct consumables. The guild provides you with gems, enchants, potions, feasts and flasks. All you have to do is check the guild bank. If it's not there, ask for it.

3. Let us know if you can't make it.
We rely on you being here. We understand that stuff happens, but you need to tell us if you aren't going to be around.
The calendar is really, really important. If you don't respond to the calendar, you won't get a raid invite.
- If we can't rely on you, we can't invite you.

3.1. If you miss raid for a dinner, you have to post a photo of the dinner in Discord.

4. Know your character.
We rely on you to know what you're doing.
- You should know how to play all your specs, and at least have a weapon to do it with.
- You should know what your correct secondary stats are, and whether something is an upgrade.

5. Respect the schedule
The first pull of the night is at 8:30pm, and we finish at or before 11pm.
- Be ready to accept an invite and summon at 8:20pm.
- We finish at or before 11pm. We never extend raids - we've never successfully killed a boss at 11:15pm.
- Breaks will be defined at the start of the night. Emergencies happen, but if you have to go AFK outside of a break drop out of the group so the rest of the team can continue.
